Welcome to Christian Children Workshops

Workshops are held in a Community Center of an Apartment Complex, a Village, a City or County Fire Hall, or some type of recreation center that will host a number of people at one time. The workshops are generally held on a Saturday from 10am to 2pm.

The hosting establishment is set up with balloons and matching tablecloths topped off with Gospel music as a reminder that this is an atmosphere of love and reverence for all in the Presence of God. When the children arrive, they are given a name tag and their lunch selection is taken. We then open with Prayer as we begin our journey together promptly at 10am. We also read and discuss Bible verses to give the children a sense of the Presence of the Holy Spirit... It also exemplifies putting God first in all that you do. The children are then told a Bible story to learn of the Lord and all His goodness. Then the crafts and games begin!

Lunches are provided via the choice of each child. This is usually around 12-12:30. After lunch we start our "Bible Quiz" session in which the children are asked questions about God and stories from the Bible. Each child is encouraged to participate as there are no winners or losers in the eyes of God, but there are prizes for those who participate! At the end of the session, we celebrate with cake and sometimes ice-pops. Every child is given a goodie bag before leaving and sometimes Christian books.
